In this section you will find answers to your questions related to our Shipping and Returns policy. In addition to the questions you may have about Shipping and Returns, we also answer some of our customers’ frequently asked questions. Can my order be shipped to another address different to the billing address?

Of course. You will have to fill in the Billing Data during the purchase process; however you can also add a shipping address by checking the box.

How much does shipping cost?

Shippings are FREE. Orders are shipped to both domestic and international destinations. For logistical reasons, we CANNOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Delivery to PO boxes in such locations are not contemplated.

International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and/or import fees. We do not assume these fees, which are established by the Customs, according to the country. Customers will have to settle these fees directly to the courier or to the competent authorities.

How will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped by Post Office or Courier. We are committed to finding the fastest and safest shipping solution.

Packages will be delivered to the address specified during the purchase process. In the event of not being present at the time of delivery, the carrier will be responsible for providing the corresponding information.

When will I receive my order?

It depends on the availability of products in our stock and on your location.

  • If the product you are purchasing is available in our stock, it will be shipped in 2-3 days. We ship from Barcelona, Spain; according to your location, the delivery date may vary. Shipping to domestic and Europeans destination may take from 2 to 15 days. Shipping to other countries outside the EU may be subject to Customs. In that case, the delivery may take up to 30 days, approximately.
  • If the product you are purchasing is not available in our stock, we will need to produce it on demand. Being a handcrafted product, the production time may vary between 2 and 15 days, according to the product requested. The product will be shipped as soon as finalized, and the delivery will take as described above.

We are committed to shipping your order as soon as possible.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

The maximum delivery time varies according to the shipping method.

For each shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible indicating the Order Number of your purchase.

How can I return the items I have purchased?

If for any reason you want to return your order, you have 7 days to communicate it.

The package must be returned in the same conditions as at the time of the receipt. The return costs are to be assumed by the customer.

If, after receiving your order, you want to return some or all the items, please contact us as soon as possible, indicating the Order Number of your purchase.

How and when:

Returns can be communicated up to 7 days from the day of receipt, in accordance with the Spanish Law (Ley 7/1996 del 15 de Enero sobre Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modificada por la Ley 47/2002 del 19 de Diciembre, Article 44). After this period of time, returns will not be accepted.

All items will be inspected upon return and will be accepted if returned in the same conditions as at the time of purchase. The returned items must include original packaging. If the above conditions are met, we will refund the price of the product at the time of purchase, via the same payment method used by the customer.

We currently offer exchanges. If you want to exchange one product for another, you must return the product you have bought and purchase a new one. When we will receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition before proceeding with refund.


All the return costs are to be assumed by the customer.

Any returned lost item will not be refunded. Refund must be managed by the customer with the Courier. For this reason, we recommend you to insure your shipment according to the value of the content.

Why are some products made-to-order?

We produce on a small scale; we usually have items in stock but we mostly produce on demand.

We produce made-to-order jewels. The product description specifies when items are made to order. This means that we never have these items in our stock and that they will be produced exclusively on demand.

We follow a sustainable approach. It is important for us to control our production and avoid unnecessary use of resources like electricity and water, reducing pollution.

We do this when a jewel is more complex to produce in terms of technique. For example, in the case of multiple finishes or colors of a jewel, or to avoid producing many too many ring sizes.

For this reason, made-to-order products may take longer before shipping.

Is there a Warranty for jewels?

Yes, there is a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the costs of repairs that may originate during this period. Repairs for improper use of jewellery or wear of the finish itself are not covered. Shipping costs related to repairs are not covered either.

How can I know my ring size?

Ring size is easy to figure out. You can download the Ring Size Chart with all the instructions you need to determine the proper ring size for you or for another person. It is your responsibility to be precise, by following the instructions. We will not be responsible in the case of mistakes.

What does Unique Piece mean?

What does Unique Piece mean?

It usually means that a piece of jewellery can have aesthetic or material characteristics that differentiate it from others.

Sometimes a piece is considered unique because it includes a gem which shape is hard to find again, or because it is a completely handcrafted jewel whose design has not been repeated and detailed.

The majority of our pieces are hand-finished. Therefore, all of them will always be different from each other, even in the small details.

The design of jewels belonging to completely handcrafted collections will always be respected, but in this case every jewel can be considered a unique piece.

What payment methods do you accept?

There are different options of payment. You can make a payment by credit or debit card and Paypal. You can also make a bank transfer. In this case, orders will be approved only when the payment has been received. Because of this, the shipping of your order may take longer.

There will be additional costs if you request a customization or personalization of a product, like engraving of names or dates, or bath in a different methal or a different finish.

For any type of personalization, please contact us before purchasing a product.

Returns of customized and personalized products are not allowed.

Which currency do you accept?

We only accept payments in Euros.

Choose this currency if you are paying via bank transfer.

Currency exchange and transfer fees must be assumed by the customer.
